Swiss NutriFine uses Scable for more efficient maintenance

Quick and easy deployment of the Scable software

In January of 2024, Swiss NutriFine decided to implement Scable software to optimize their maintenance processes. The deployment process did not fail to impress thanks to its speed and efficiency: The system, tailored to the company's needs, was fully operational within just a few weeks.

With a four-level deep technical structure with over 2,000 components and a team of 22 dedicated maintenance workers, it would always be a challenge to integrate new software. Yet, thanks to the exceptional ease-of-use of Scable software and the close cooperation of the two firms, the roll-out was a complete success.

Nine months following the initial deployment of the software, the first "success check" took place with Scable's customer success team, to evaluate progress and discuss future measures.

Shorter reaction times thanks to a systematic approach to disruptions

Therein, maintenance manager Sandro Zesiger and his team were already able to look back at some successful developments, showing themselves content to have found an integrated solution for task and disruption management. More than 500 types of spare parts are already catalogued and managed in the software, too.

Transparency at the push of a button

Thanks to the use of Scable software, major sources of faults could be identified, and the maintenance strategy adapted in such a way as to cope with them preemptively. Sandro Zesiger remarks:

Further savings with efficient spare parts management

Based on the positive experiences thus far, Sandro Zesiger is planning to integrate more modules of the software into his maintenance operations. For instance, using the full potential of spare parts management and a transparent overview of inventory and cost per system, he estimates a reduction in mean-time-to-repair (MTTR) by a further 20%.

For Swiss NutriFine, the collaboration with Scable meant not just more efficient maintenance operations, but laid the foundation for more optimization in the future.
