Fast successes of our clients and avoiding lengthy, protracting projects are among our top priorities at Scable. The flexibility of our software allows for rapid configuration, so that we are able to digitize an entire maintenance department within just 8 weeks. Our promise - you will achieve measurable improvements after 8 weeks!

Our customers typically achieve a return between four to six months after their investment in the software. The first-year investments start at around EUR 5,000 for a small plant and scale up accordingly. Once the first improvements are achieved, customers may decide to purchase additional modules for further savings. To ensure that all savings targets are being met, customers are in continuous exchange with a dedicated representative from our Customer Success team. A yearly fee covers this service as well as licensing and product development costs. This means our customers can expect reliability and benefit from experiences and developments by the Scable community without hidden costs.

Expected savings are twofold: There are continuous improvements as well as singular effects to be expected. The simple yet effective maintenance process results in continuously sinking downtime of systems, while employee time is freed up that they can use for value-adding activities. At Scable, we set out from the beginning to create software that can be used intuitively and without much training necessary. Even workers with a low level of education are perfectly capable of using all software features relevant to their work.

The connection of Scable software to ERP-Systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics (365 Business Central), ProAlpha, Sage and many more is a routine task. The programming interface supports read- and write-operations, allowing for a complete, bidirectional synchronisation of data, like for example material movement.

Absolutely. Machine data can be fed directly via control systems, industrial IoT-devices or standardised protocols (e.g. OPC UA or MQTT). In most cases, it is adviseable to capture specific parameters such as machine status or quantity count, and integrate them directly in the process. We can advise you about suitable hardware for your systems.

Our solution offers maximum flexibility: the application is responsive (can be used with different screen dimensions). This means that the client can be absolutely anything, be it a large TV screen, computer, tablet, or even a smartphone.There is no software installation necessary on the client - the only requirement being a modern browser such as Microsoft Edge (Chromium) or Safari.

Scable software can either be deployed on-premises in the security zone of the customer, or be hosted in the cloud.
